Kurz gesagt: Wir speichern, was du in der App erfasst, auf unserem Server, damit dein Team es auf jedem Gerät sieht. Daten, die eine Firma über ihre Mitarbeitenden und ihre Kundschaft erfasst (z. B. Stunden, Rechnungsempfänger), verarbeiten wir im Auftrag dieser Firma; verantwortlich dafür ist die Firma selbst. 2. Welche Daten wir verarbeitenWhat data we process

Konto: Name, E-Mail-Adresse, optional Telefonnummer und Profilfoto, Rolle in der Firma. Anmeldung per Einmal-Code an die E-Mail-Adresse oder per Passkey; Passwörter speichern wir nicht. Account: name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and profile photo, role in the company. Sign-in by one-time code sent to the e-mail address or by passkey; we store no passwords.
Firma: Name, Adresse, Kontaktdaten, Logo, gewählter Tarif. Company: name, address, contact details, logo, chosen plan.
Inhalte, die du erfasst: je nach App Projekte, Arbeitszeiten, Aufgaben und Listen, Nachrichten im Projekt-Chat (Max), Angebote, Rechnungen und Kundenadressen (Faktura), Artikel, Bestände und Bewegungen (Lager), Dateien und Fotos, die du hochlädst. Content you enter: depending on the app, projects, working hours, tasks and lists, messages in the project chat (Max), quotes, invoices and customer addresses (Faktura), items, stock and movements (Lager), files and photos you upload.
Nutzungszahlen: an welchen Tagen eine Firma eine App benutzt und wie viele Dokumente, Projekte oder Personen sie hat — nur Zahlen, keine Inhalte. Sie dienen dazu, die Apps zu verbessern, und verlassen unseren Server nicht. Usage figures: on which days a company uses an app and how many documents, projects or people it has — numbers only, no content. They help us improve the apps and do not leave our server.
Technische Daten: IP-Adresse und Gerätetyp beim Aufruf, zur Auslieferung und Sicherheit; bei aktivierten Mitteilungen die Push-Adresse des Geräts. Technical data: IP address and device type when you connect, for delivery and security; if notifications are enabled, the device's push address.

Nicht erhoben: Standort, Kontakte des Telefons, Werbe-IDs. Die Kamera wird nur benutzt, wenn du selbst ein Foto aufnimmst oder (Lager) einen Barcode scannst; das Scannen geschieht auf dem Gerät. Not collected: location, phone contacts, advertising IDs. The camera is used only when you take a photo yourself or (Lager) scan a barcode; scanning happens on the device.

3. Wozu und auf welcher GrundlagePurposes and legal basis

Um die App bereitzustellen und dein Konto zu führen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, Vertrag); Sicherheit, Missbrauchsschutz und Verbesserung der Apps (lit. f, berechtigtes Interesse); gesetzliche Aufbewahrung von Belegen (lit. c). In der Schweiz gilt zusätzlich das revDSG. To provide the app and manage your account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, contract); security, abuse prevention and improving the apps (lit. f, legitimate interest); statutory retention of business records (lit. c). In Switzerland the revised FADP applies as well.

4. Wer die Daten erhältWho receives data

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — Server, Datenbank, Dateispeicher, E-Mail-Versand und Schutz vor automatisierten Anfragen. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — servers, database, file storage, sending e-mail and protection against automated requests.
Stripe — nur wenn du einen kostenpflichtigen Tarif bezahlst; Zahlungsdaten gibst du direkt auf der Zahlungsseite von Stripe ein, wir sehen sie nicht. Stripe — only if you pay for a plan; you enter payment details directly on Stripe's payment page, we never see them.
Google bzw. Apple — nur die verschlüsselte Mitteilung an dein Gerät, wenn du Mitteilungen eingeschaltet hast. Google or Apple — only the encrypted notification to your device if you have turned notifications on.
EU-Kommission (VIES) — in Faktura nur die USt-IdNr., wenn du sie prüfen lässt. European Commission (VIES) — in Faktura only the VAT ID when you have it checked.

Übermittlungen in die USA stützen sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework bzw. das Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework und ergänzend auf Standardvertragsklauseln. Alle Verbindungen sind verschlüsselt (HTTPS). Wir verkaufen keine Daten und geben sie nicht zu Werbezwecken weiter. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Frameworks and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

5. Konto löschenDeleting your account

In der App: «Mein Konto» → «Konto löschen». Wer als Mitarbeitende/r zu einer Firma gehört, beantragt die Löschung dort bei der Firmenleitung. Wer eine Firma mit weiteren Personen führt, übergibt zuerst die Leitung. Ohne App: E-Mail an [email protected] von der Adresse deines Kontos; wir löschen innerhalb von 30 Tagen. In the app: "Mein Konto" → "Konto löschen". Staff members of a company request deletion there from the company management. If you run a company with other people, hand over the management first. Without the app: e-mail [email protected] from your account's address; we delete within 30 days.

Was gelöscht wird: Konto, Profilfoto und deine Inhalte (Projekte, Stunden, Lager, Fotos, Dateien) — endgültig. Was bleibt: Rechnungen und andere Buchungsbelege der Firma, weil das Gesetz sie 10 Jahre aufzubewahren verlangt (Art. 958f OR, § 147 AO); dein Name darin wird unkenntlich gemacht, soweit das Gesetz es erlaubt. What is deleted: account, profile photo and your content (projects, hours, inventory, photos, files) — permanently. What remains: invoices and other accounting records of the company, which the law requires to be kept for 10 years (Art. 958f CO, § 147 AO); your name in them is made unrecognisable as far as the law allows.

6. SpeicherdauerRetention

Kontodaten und Inhalte: bis zur Löschung des Kontos bzw. der Firma. Technische Zugriffsdaten: höchstens 30 Tage. Buchungsbelege: 10 Jahre (siehe oben). Account data and content: until the account or company is deleted. Technical access data: 30 days at most. Accounting records: 10 years (see above).

Die Apps richten sich an Betriebe und Erwachsene, nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren. The apps are intended for businesses and adults, not for children under 16.
